Meal planning is the key to staying on track and removing all the obstacles. In this lesson, we'll discuss helpful tips and tools from shopping at the store, cooking and prepping meals, and planning out your week so that there's never a time you don't have a healthy choice available. Also, because reading nutrition labels seems to require an advanced degree these days, we'll look at how to read and understand labels so you can make better choices when shopping. No More Excuses!
