best day ever wellness plan - tracking method
Let's face it, not every day goes as planned. But as the saying goes, "fail to plan, then plan to fail." Early in my journey, I realized keeping a record of everything I ate was critical to see how it affected my results. As a coach today, my clients will tell you, I'm an absolute tyrant when it comes to tracking! If you want results, you simply must track every calorie you eat and every calorie you burn. it's the only way I can hold you accountable to your goals.
I do have several recommendations for tracking methods, but honestly, tracking isn't fun, so the best solution is one you enjoy, find easy to navigate, and something you'll continue to do because you see results. I prefer using online apps like MyFitnessPal because the journal can be shared with me as your coach, and then I can see everything you're doing, kinda like looking over your shoulder. You stay up-to-date because you're worried I might just check in on you. But for those who want something simple, day-to-day, and a bit more motivational, I started my journey with the version below I call "Best Day Ever". It's still something I use today, although I do still track everything with great detail when I'm pushing hard for my goals. Give this a try, and allow yourself to learn.
