These 8 weeks will teach you everything you need to know to establish a solid, healthy foundation that can last you a lifetime, and give you the knowledge and confidence to make adjustments and changes when your goals shift, or when life just takes you in a different direction.
You'll have access to your meal plan and the Best Day Ever daily tracking form that are both easily downloadable, plus, you'll be able to watch each week's training video with me from our weekly Tuesday night calls.
